Special Thanks & Gratitude to the collaborative efforts of Ian Jones, Jonathon Findlay & Laila Shereen Sakr. Without their contributions, none of these projects would be possible.

Daniel Salters is Product Manager at R-Shief Labs, where he joined the incubating start-up in March 2011. He participated in R-Shief's first product development projects through 2011 when R-Shief witnessed growth in traffic from 20 vistors to 2,000 viewers each day. By adding over 1,000 hashtags, R-Shief maximized its Twitter archive and, in turn, was able to innovate new tools by leveraging the swarm computing expertise of R-Shief CTO and long-time colleague, Ian Jones. Dan's contributions varied from coding the user interface of the website, to using V-Bulletin software to aggregate content, and building traffic through social media networks. Daniel took a lead role in R-Shief's involvement in the #OccupyData hackathons. He has focused on marketing R-Shief's analytics, sentiment analysis, and data visualizations. In June 2012, Daniel Salters was promoted to Product Manager where he is now responsible to lead R-Shief Lab's software services and product cycle with technical sophistication, insight, and negotiation skills to define and deliver results. Daniel came to R-Shief with 5 years experience with Uberguilds and Open Source Solutions, LLC (OSPDX) serving as the prime facilitator in generating strong traffic and revenue streams for community messageboards. He demonstrated this in the gaming industry by acquiring communities from 2006-2009 building an online network of forums that reached 12 million unique viewers a month. Daniel is best known for his ability to increase content & brand reach by creating innovative ways to share and consume text, image, & video content on the Internet.
