A Tribute to Cairo: A VJ Remix
I have just returned from a two-week trip to Cairo, Egypt where I was invited by the Access to Knowledge for Development Center at the American University of Cairo to participate in their second annual conference on "Democratizing Knowledge."
The trip was super productive and I met with several initiatives in Egypt working towards building a new Egypt - free from corruption and democratic from the ground up. On Sunday, 26 June 2011, I was invited to participate on a panel on "Al-Sha’ab Yureed" (The People Demand): Transmitting the Revolution." And so I sent them this VJ Remix of my talk at the #A2K4D conference.
